Made an appointment, showed up at the prescribed time, was met immediately by a service person who was knowledgeable and friendly. Described my issue after taking my vehicle the service rep came to me and suggested additional work that was logical and more tan likely needed without trying to up-sell me. A plus (double meaning both "a plus and an A ) While I did not buy my car there the service is always professional and courteous. When it is time for a new car they will be at the top of my list.
I have always had excellent, above and beyond service with Mauer. Joe on the floor and Jeff in finance are awesome and went out of their way to make sure I was in a vehicle that I felt safe in and that fit in my budget. They got me in quickly, and even went out of their way to make sure I made it to work on time!

Overall, it was a great experience but I did have to wait for over an hour to see the financial guy to sign my paperwork for my new car.
